Kathy Stobb, AHWD, SRES
Broker / Owner
Kathy Stobb has extensive experience in real estate, relocation, and property management. She earned a BA from Rutgers University in NJ in 1989 and earned her NJ Real Estate Salespersons license the following year. She specialized in real estate marketing, planning, property management and relocation for both property development companies and a relocation company in NJ before relocating to SW Florida with her family over 20 years ago.
After earning her Florida Real Estate Broker-Salesperson’s license, Kathy implemented various degrees of creative and unique marketing techniques using a combination of technology, networking, and unique thinking. This has enhanced her clients properties’ exposure to the market and dramatically increased her long list of happy clients. In addition, she has earned the “At Home with Diversity” designation. She has watched the tremendous growth, fall, and resurgence of the versatile market here in SW Florida. Her true commitment to providing the best service to her clients and educating them to make the best informed decisions for themselves enabled her “clients for life” to rely on her as a trusted professional. Her reputation speaks for itself with an extensive list of satisfied clients, always more than happy to recommend her name as a trusted and knowledgeable professional – always exceeding their expectations of a Realtor.
Kathy has obtained extensive experience in Florida Traditional Sales, Short Sales, and Foreclosures for both Buyers and Sellers as well as Property Management and Rental Securing in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties. Her experience working with Local Professionals and in Nationwide Relocation has allowed her to develop a list of minimum criteria to look for in developing a team here in Ft. Myers as well as outside SW Florida, in keeping with the Eventide Realty SERVICES philosophy.
Kathy has served our community through many volunteer activities over the years, including leadership roles with BSA, GSA, Lee County School District (in which she still continues volunteering), Lab Theatre of SW Florida, and a proud honorary member of Thespian Troupe 5341, helping with both fundraisers and publicity. She also was a founding member of 2 different “Mom’s Morning Out” groups, true to her spirit of personal networking.
Providing service to others continues to come naturally for Kathy. She looks forward to adding you to her list of “clients for life”!
